Was sent the white shoes that was clearly stained only to be told by customer service it was off white. Clearly these are not white and I tried to get replacement sent, only to be gaslit by customer service with no acknowledgement these are damaged and no attempt to correct it other than me having to send them back. No offer to send the correct colour out. I’m now out of pocket and time arranging to send back.
Absolutely terrible experience with these shoes. They arrived and were yellow from discolouration (not white like I ordered) and covered in mould! And I had to pay $10 dollars to return a faulty product!
