Where are your store locations?

Los Cabos has stockists in Australia, New Zealand and Canada. To find your local boutique, visit our Store Locator.

How to learn about upcoming promotions?

Register an account with us here. Upon registration, you have the option to receive news and promotional updates, expedite checkout, access your order history, and establish a Wishlist.

You can also subscribe to our newsletter for exclusive promotions, new arrivals, and exciting updates.

Orders

How will I know when my order has been received?

You will receive an order confirmation email from Los Cabos Shoes to your email address. This email will inform you that we've received your order and are preparing it for dispatch. It will include the order date, shoes purchased, and order number (eg. 1234_LosCabos) for your convenience. Please allow up to 5 minutes for this email to arrive in your inbox.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Our business hours are 8.30am–5pm Monday to Friday AEST. Orders placed before 2pm will be processed on the same business day. If you need to amend or cancel your order you will need to contact customer care before 2PM on the same business day of placing your order via our contact form or email us at care@loscabosshoes.com. Should your order be made outside of business hours, kindly get in touch with us promptly the next business day. We will do our best to amend your order prior to being dispatched where possible.

Where is my order?

Once confirmed, your order will take several days to arrive. Track your parcel through your Los Cabos Shoes account or with the provided tracking number in the confirmation email. Monitor its progress as it moves towards you.

Where is my return?

Upon posting your return, an email notification will be sent once it has been received. Refunds or exchanges requested will be arranged promptly. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from goods receipt, subject to processing and PayPal delays.

Product Information

How do I know which size to choose?

All styles on the website are displayed in European sizes. Check out our international size chart here. Please keep in mind that sizing charts serve as a guide and sizes may differ between styles. Australian sizing is not standard, so measuring your foot is the best way to determine your European size.

Are the colours of the shoes accurate?

At Los Cabos, we focus on simplicity and clarity to provide an accurate representation of our shoes. Our online color palette closely aligns with the actual shoes, but slight variations may occur based on your monitor or internet browser.

Shopping

Why can't I add items to my shopping cart?

To add a product, choose a color and size for your cart. If you are struggling to add items to cart, check if your browser has disabled cookies. Cookies track your activity on our site, storing past purchases and your cart. Adjust your cookie settings for online ordering.

I saw something I wanted on your site, but now it isn't available?

Our products often sell out as they are very popular. For an update on warehouse stock availability and future replenishments, please reach out to our customer care team via online chat, contact form, or email care@loscabosshoes.com.

The shoes I ordered last week just went on sale!

Occasionally we adjust the pricing on items. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, therefore we are not able to provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you’ve purchased them.

Can I leave feedback or a review?

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. If you wish to pay later, we also accept payment via Afterpay. All payments are made through Shopify Payments. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.

Is it safe to order online with Los Cabos Shoes?

Protecting your personal and order information is a priority at Los Cabos Shoes. We want you to be able to order from us with total confidence. Our eCommerce system uses a secure transaction environment. We use the latest Secure Sockets Technology (SSL) available to ensure your information is safe and secure at all times. SSL is an industry standard which is used by all the major eCommerce sites on the Internet. It works by encrypting the details which you enter on our website, preventing the information being intercepted by an unauthorised party. We do not store any payment details in our database.
