How Do I return

Make sure you write down the email that you used when you made the purchase and the order number that can be found on your order confirmation email.

Please go to our Return Portal and follow these steps to return your Los Cabos Shoes:

1. Enter your order number and email then click on "Find my Order"
2. Choose the item you wish to return & provide a return reason
3. Choose from the options 

We then will assess your request and provide you with a return label (if you are based in Australia & New Zealand. Please read ). If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out.

Please note: Sale items are eligible for credit note or exchange only. Requests for refunds on sale items will be rejected. Customers will not be refunded the original shipping amount.
