Terms & Conditions Loyalty Program

 

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Program is offered to all personal customers over 18 years of age in Australia and New Zealand. You can only sign up to the Program once - multiple accounts are not allowed and you cannot transfer your membership to anyone else. Joining is free and there are no fees to continue as a member.

2. SIGNING UP TO THE PROGRAM

To sign up online on Los Cabos loyalty program, you must create an account by clicking ‘Create’. Please sign up online here. 
Joining the loyalty program, you need to provide the following information:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • E-mail address

By signing up to the Program, you accept to receive communication from Los Cabos.  

3.  COLLECTING POINTS
  • Make a purchase Spend $1 = 5 points
  • Create an account: 800 points – Automatically apply
  • Refer a friend: 500 points every time you refer a friend who spends over $30
  • Follow us on social media: 400 points (200 following Los cabos on instagram & 200 points on Facebook)
  • Visit website: 25 points (Maximum of 1 time per week)
  • Birthday: 500 points on your birthday date

Please log into your Los Cabos account to make sure that you are included in your Los Cabos loyalty program. Make sure you use the email address you provided when creating your account. Guest checkout purchases through our online store will not contribute to your Loyalty points and cannot be added at a later time, after you have made the purchase. Los Cabos reserves the right to end or modify the loyalty program at any time without compensation. 

4. GIFT VOUCHER FROM LOYALTY PROGRAM

Once you have enough point you can claim your gift vouchers:  

  • $5 voucher (500 points)
  • $10 voucher (1000 points)
  • $30 voucher (3000 points)

Please log into your Los cabos account to easily copy your gift voucher code. Gift voucher code won’t apply at checkout you must apply the code at checkout.  Claiming your voucher can’t be undone.

5. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information collected is processed by Los Cabos in relation to subscription to the Program and for purposes of promoting and managing the Program (administering orders, supplying personalized services, communicating targeted offers).

6. ACCEPTANCE AND AMENDMENT OF THE T&CS

Signing up and participating in the Program are subject to accepting and complying with the T&Cs. By joining the Program, you are assumed, as a member, to understand the T&Cs and to accept them unreservedly.

Due to possible changes in the Program, we reserve the right to modify the T&Cs. You are therefore advised to refer to the latest version of the T&Cs regularly, accessible at Los Cabos.
